Starbucks Coffee - Swansea

This place is a gem, I have never failed to have good service , the staff are amazing and always greet you with a smile , Alicia in particular greets you no matter how busy she is, even on drive thru nothing is too much trouble. I visited on the recent day of the funeral when they were extremely busy as they only opened for a few hours. . Even then she was very efficient , welcoming and professional. An added addition is they welcome dogs , I cannot fault this branch of Starbucks, well stocked shelves , fantastic staff and most of all great coffee ..

Had a good breakfast and a vanilla late. Nice staff

The place is really nice, the have parking, wifi, sofas, a big table for working with other people, little tables and drive through. I recommend the mocca or just any kind of coffee. The hot chocolate is not really special and it doesn't taste like real hot chocolate.

I had a medium sized Americano and a sausage bap. The coffee was just OK and the same for the Bap. I had the Bap warmed up but it was luke warm. All that came to £8 .

A bit grim. Or do I mean grimy? I dread to think what it would be like if there were more than 6 customers at a time.
