rayhal special ordered today. the kebabs were all delicious; my favorite was in the did the chenjeh skewer. the delivery lasted only a bit long, but I guess to make dinge, the load sent free salat and sauce and I really appreciate this kind of tasty. very good business in general; recommended definitiw. The waitress made a mistake and gave us a different order. When we asked for changing the order, the chef and the waitress lied and told the order is the same as the wrong one!! Mistakes happen, but do not lie! I told them that I know the difference between them and showed them the obvious difference from the menue description. I traveled a long distance with my friend and we arrived at the restaurant feeling very hungry. However, when we placed our order, we received something different than what we had asked for. When we requested the bill, it was presented to us on a piece of paper, which we found to be amusing. It seemed like the restaurant lacked a proper system. Overall, our experience with the food, service, and atmosphere was disappointing, all receiving a rating of 1 out of 5.

Pay attention to the discrepancies between the prices listed on the menu and the prices on the bill. The kebab was average, but they did not include bread with it. Because of this, I ended up paying 11 pounds for a meal I didn't even eat. Overall rating: Food 3, Service 3, Atmosphere 3.
