Papa John's Pizza - Swansea

Although I had stopped ordering from this restaurant for about 2 years due to past negative experiences, I decided to give them another chance in 2021. I have placed three orders this year and although my extra dips were forgotten on my second order, I must say that the quality of the pizza was exceptional each time. This time, I decided to switch things up from my usual favorite pizza franchise that starts with a 'd' and ends with 'o's'. I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service provided by the delivery driver on the evening of 19/03/21. He was so polite and friendly, and clearly took pride in his job. I hope the management of this franchise recognizes the positive feedback and rewards him accordingly. I look forward to ordering again soon. Thank you for the great service.
