We haven’t had a KFC for months obviously due to lockdown this is my daughters reaction think it sums it up perfectly how we all feel after not eating one for so long

By getting my order right ! I've visited twice in recent months and on both occasions they have got my order wrong. This time round, in 2 different parts of one meal ! And on both occasions when I went to the counter to have the issue rectified, not a single apology was offered or made.

Wrong food, missing dips bar paid for 12piece boneless bucket and was offered a can of pop instead of 1.5ltr bottle because they didn’t have what we wanted absolutely atrocious service and no one answering phone to complain!!

Now with card payment points. Snack boxes are great value at £1.99
