What Heidi Phillips doesn't like about Kaspa's:
We only went for dessert to cheer the kids up on a miserable weekend evening. Our orders matched the weather. They took ages to arrive and whilst 3 came together, the 4th was not delivered until the first 3 had almost been finished. No apology. The atmosphere is young & fun. We tried an Oreo's and cream dessert, which was pretty good.
I arrived in Kaspas today with my children to enjoy a fruit dessert with cream and a milk shake, the staff were so lapse that I waited over 35 minutes for my order to arrive at our table, all I was told was that they didn't expect so many orders at the same time, two tables received their orders before we did and left by the time I was just receiving our order, we will never return ever again the staff are so laid back they may as well be asleep Service: Dine in
This restaurant provided excellent service and a great atmosphere.
