This is my fourth visit to Wales and my fourth time at the Gasthof. As usual, the food was delicious, especially the lamb dish, which was outstanding. The service was very attentive, but we experienced a significant delay, waiting over an hour for our food to arrive. Despite that, I always enjoy the atmosphere here. View all feedback.
I've been here regularly for 14 years. because of kovid and disease I've been the first time for 30 months. I am so glad that I went, a glorious day, first a walk through the small zoo, then further into the inn, by friendly, professional staff, very comfortable, quirky environment and excellent eating, my ribeye steak was perfectly boiled, beautiful cheeseboard from welsh cheese. I'm sure I'll come back more often.
The staff are fantastic, always smiling, very welcoming and go out their way to help The food is mega! Would recommend booking in advance, can be hard to get into Baileys cheesecake pictured below
This is an amazing place the food is delicious very well prepared and presented me and another person had the syrup ham and the hamburger great staff just takes a minute but it's worth it.
The food was really great! Very hearty pub food, exactly what we wanted after a hike. If you're getting a steak, you have to get the peppercorn sauce, it's amazing. The service was also very friendly. I would definitely want to come back here
Quite a good pub food. In fact, it took nearly 40min of waiting time, even it wasn't extremely busy but nice weather and parrots outside has recompensed it. Burger was really good, so the honey pork. My only issue were the chips- hard, small bits not nice to eat. Mini zoo is also lovely addition.
