I made a reservation online, but I received a phone call later canceling it.

I frequently visit this restaurant with my grandson for a meal before rugby games. It's very child-friendly, and the menu caters well to kids. The waitstaff is incredibly nice and welcoming. There’s a great variety on the menu, allowing children to mix and match options to create their own meals if they prefer not to order from the set menu. Even when the restaurant is busy, we never feel rushed. Overall, a great experience!

I had a great experience at the restaurant overall, and the service was commendable. However, there were some issues with my reservation. Despite clearly stating that I needed a table for a wheelchair user in my booking confirmation, the staff seemed unaware of this when we arrived. Given that it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was very busy, this made for an uncomfortable situation. My wife had to sit at the far end of a bench-style table, which was not ideal. It raises the question of why we bothered to fill out the special request if it wasn’t taken into account. Additionally, the music was excessively loud, making it difficult for us to converse, even though we were sitting close together.

Even when they’re busy, I never feel rushed. Overall, it’s great value for the price.
