The weather was appalling and what’s needed when it’s raining......HOT CHOCOLATE!!! Came in and only had to wait a few seconds before being served. The barista was friendly, welcoming and far too happy on a grey, wet and miserable Saturday My hit chocolate arrived and it was very hot, warmed my hands and definitely hit the spot. Having frequented this Costa for a long time, I'm afraid to say the customer service is absolutely shocking, especially by the male barista, who is so unhelpful in every respect.. I will not be visiting again, having spent many hundreds of pounds there.. so disappointed... View all feedback.
