Who would ever think of a cafe in a council headquarters? This is a lovely little gem of a place. The tea is very good, the coffee exceptional. It has all the cafe favourites, sandwiches, baguettes, cakes and biscuits, and a range of commercial ice creams and lollys. The view across Swansea Bay to The Mumbles is incredible. I visited the café around 1:30 during lunchtime. Unfortunately, I was told that none of the food items on the menu were available with no explanation provided. I settled for tea and a Welsh cake, but noticed that the teapots were heavily stained. The server was pleasant, but the person in charge seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The café is located in a beautiful space and setting, but it's disappointing to see it... View all feedback.
