Cholula's Mexican - Feedback

What Rachael S doesn't like about Cholula's Mexican:
The Shrimp Nachos are awful. Plate full of tortilla chips, drizzled with white liquid cheese and about 8 shrimp on top. That's it. NO beans, no pico de gallo, no cilantro, no shredded cheese, no peppers. Nothing else. Awful. View all feedback. What Les B likes about Cholula's Mexican:
1st time here, I must admit, my standards are picky, coming from a town that has a 60% Hispanic population, I 've had some authentic Mexican food. I was very surprised here, atmosphere is good, not overpowering or Americanised , prices are very reasonable, and the menu has a good selection! What I don 't understand is why everyone in this area uses flower tortillas for taco 's instead of corn? And if you do ask for corn, you pay more and it 's a street taco? Anyway, I ordered the Chori Pollo , big plate of food! Flavor is spot on! Could have used a bit less of the cheese sauce, but it is excellent! Service is great and the man who was possibly the manager, seems genuinely concerned about your experience! I 'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu!.
