What Graciela Gorczany likes about Oriental Pearl:

Not bad at all. Chicken Fingers a bit on the overbreaded side. Egg Rolls we're great except for the chili powder in the stuffing. Boneless Ribs also had a hint of chili powder. The Rice was great and the Beef Teriyaki were decent. Chili powder seems odd in Chinese food. Just my opinion. View all feedback.

read moreIn one comprehensive review of a restaurant, it is described as a lively place with a strong community vibe, especially on weekends with high-energy servers and strong mixed drinks. However, the food was strongly criticized, with one reviewer calling it the worst Chinese food ever and warning others to eat beforehand. Another reviewer had a negative experience due to a shrimp allergy not being taken seriously. Complaints about slow service and misleading upselling were also mentioned. Despite these issues, some diners still enjoy the restaurant for the atmosphere and familiarity, with one reviewer praising it as their favorite Chinese food spot for over 25 years. Ultimately, the restaurant seems to have a mixed reputation, with positives like great service and nostalgic appeal balanced out by food quality and service issues.
