Bamboo Asian House - Swansboro

Absolutely delicious! We visit here frequently and are always satisfied.

I ordered the walnut shrimp, and it was delightful. The shrimp were quite large, and while the broccoli could have been cooked a bit longer, the nuts were excellent. I couldn't finish the entire dish. I also tried the miso soup, which was pretty good—possibly the second best I've ever had. However, the restaurant was extremely noisy. The tables are set so closely together that my son could hear the conversation at the next table. Implementing some sound-dampening tiles or partitions would definitely make a difference.

The food was fantastic! Our server was excellent and the service was quick. The BMW roll was delightful, while the pad thai and miso soup were full of flavor.

Bamboo is my go-to when I want something light. The wait staff have always been speedy and polite. We go at least once a week!

I guess in North Carolina, even okay chinese becomes great chinese. Unfortunately, this chinese place is not great, it's not good, at best, it's fair. The chicken is never cut up correctly. It's in big chunks, it's bland it just has no taste. I'm having a hard time eating this waste of money. I ended up making a sandwich.
