A little worried on arrival because there's not a check in desk, but after messaging the owner I got the check in information and was able to go directly up to my room. The inn looks very simple and uninviting from the outside with a long stairway up, but the rooms are quite delightful as are the views. There is a very nice place downstairs to get an espresso or a latte in the morning. View all feedback.
What Michael K doesn't like about Rays Place Inn:
I started to reserve a room here thru Expedia, but as I was going thru the steps a $40 mandatory charge was added, and then just prior to confirm there was an additional $20 cleaning fee. The advertised $104.00 room was adding up to $174.00!!! Plus it looks like Tin barn?!?! What a friggin ' ripoff place! View all feedback.
The rooms each have their own theme. Mine was the land of
Nice cozy very clean little rooms with all the stuff and a nice touch of seaside decor, though I missed not having the use of a table and chair.
Very nice rooms very clean and awsome water pressure very clean tube and shower shop shampoo and conditioner is in a pump attached to the shower witch was very convenient and nice shower head..the host was very nice was awsome checking us in at a later hour . The bed was nice and comfortable I will definitely stay again. And I would definitely recommend this place...
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The heat and air worked great. The showers were hot. And the owners could not have been any nicer to us. There is also a coffee shop that serves drinks and food items downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.
No bath towels . No one to ask for bath towels. No gym. Skip the restaurant, save your money and go to the gas station.
