Had a group of six for dinner on Sunday night after the Swan Hill races - good Chinese food at reasonable prices. Enjoyed each dish and had to take some home with us. The staff were good and the meals came out so everyone could share. I was very impressed. View all feedback.

After travelling all day we were looking for a nice hot meal with lots of vegies. We were not disappointed. The food was very fresh and it came out nice and hot. Great Chinese take away. Chicken and corn soup was delicious as was the satay chicken. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great value .
Good food . Love the soups and the dim sims for the entrees. Nice clean dining area With staff being friendly and helpful.

Probably a little on the bland side for our taste. . We started with Satay chicken entrée and spring rolls. A lot of sauce accompanied the satay and it was more curry than peanut, but tasty enough. 4 spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce were okay, but need a bit more tasty filling. We followed this with Cantonese beef with vegetables and fried rice. Again a lot of sauce but tasty enough. Unfortunately, I feel added MSG was used on the final dish as I spent a very uncomfortable night as I get a reaction to this. If I were to go again I would ask that no MSG be used.
The Princess of Ming has been around for a very long time (I went here for my 18th MANY years ago) and it continues to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. It has an extensive menu which I think is very good value and the sizes of the meals are quite large. Staff are friendly and meals don't take long to be served. Great for dining in, or take away. My favorites include beef in plum sauce, a sweet and sour of any kind, and I love their fried rice (without the prawns which they kindly oblige).
