Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

If we had been on the street for 3 hours, we thought we'd get our dinner and a toilet break at Swan Hill at McDonalds. The toilets were not clean; I couldn't wash my hands because someone had blocked the pool with paper. The floor was wet and dirty. I ordered a pack. It was 8cm long with very little salad. They were not able to give me the chocolate shake I ordered, so you gave me a chocolate milk that was mostly ice cream and whipped cream from a can. I wouldn't stop there again.

Its about time I review my local Maccas-I love their coffee. Love a slightly bitter coffee, no sugar!! This is the most consistent coffee delivered. The staff here are the best. Most polite and courteous drive through staff. Well done team, what an asset u all are. Food quality is mostly consistent and always a clean restaurant. Well done, keep up the great standards! We had a long drive of over 800 km, so we decided to stop at the drive-thru for a quick breakfast. The service was fast and efficient, the food was good, and the girl serving us was friendly. However, my experience was ruined when I took a sip of my coffee and noticed a foul odor. It was evident that whoever made or handled my coffee had not washed their hands after using the bathroom. This lack of hygiene is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a food service establishment. I hope the staff takes this seriously and improves their practices, as it greatly impacted my dining experience. If not for this issue, I would have given this place a five-star rating.

Came into Swan Hill for a drive and found no Coffee shops open so called into Mc Donald's what a great surprize to find if you are a seinor you get a free coffee if you purchase somthing for $3.00 after having to pay well over $15.00 some place for a coffee and one peice of cake the dollar only stretches so far so thank you Mac Donald's will call in again

I went there last night through drive thru. it was so slow I reckon 20 minutes. slowest Macca's I have ever been in. and this morning leaving Swan Hill at 7am I had Breakfast there, there was hardly anybody there. and it was once again so slow. no excuse this morning.
