KFC - Swan Hill

Limited time gave us few options ... we were heading to the light show at the Pioneer Settlement... so fast food was ideal. It was an usual place as the staff allow people to run rampant through the place. Teenagers ran amok. No-one seemed particularly...comfortable being in there. Like every other KFC the food was consistent. Based on the unruliness of other customers I would not return.

The zinger burger I ordered gave me a great sensation of spice. The sauce inside was very good and juicy. The chips and popcorn chicken I had was very nice. This place would be very recommendable for anyone who wants to have something to eat.

To start of with the staff have always been nice and friendly with quick service.. I say Average because I've only been in the area for now and only go to Fast Food places like this if in a hurry as to be honest...not a fan on any Fast Food Chains anymore as you pay double for a small serving, when you can go to a normal Take Away Shop and get more nice food,bigger servings, for better value.. The Chicken is nice but it is always very very greasy, I used to LOVE kfc chips but these are like they are half cooked and floppy and omg no salt, where is the salt these days?? I tried a burger recently and that was fine..

This restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. The food was not cooked properly, with the chicken being so tough that it was like trying to bite into cement. The popcorn chicken was overly greasy and made me feel sick. The chips were hard and barely warm. Overall, the quality was terrible. It might be beneficial for them to have a quality control agent assess their products. Additionally, replacing KFC with a Red Rooster might be a better option.

Was staying in the area over xmas staff were nice a little mix up with our order got hot sauce on a normal chicken burger but was all good on the next time we stopped in..nice a hot chips chicken cooked to perfection and...gravy was amazing well done to all on a very busy Christmas period
