House & Bean - Swan Hill

The location in Riverside Park is great. The outdoor deck is lovely. The iced coffee was good, but the ice cubes diluted it. Just ice cream would be better. The hazelnut slice is too sweet but has a delicious thick layer of chocolate.

We found this café to be conveniently located near our accommodations. The service was outstanding, and the food and coffee were fantastic. The outside balcony had lovely views and was nice and quiet.

A nice 'go to' post cycling for a coffee and chat. The outdoor deck is great on a nice day and the awning helps if the sun is a bit warm. Enjoy the fresh air near the river.

Lovely location overlooking a lush, well maintained park. Play equipment is nearby to keep the children entertained. Ample indoor & outdoor seating. Service is fast & friendly. Disappointingly this cafe no longer serves meals and only provides coffee, tea, cakes, biscuits etc along with some alcoholic beverages.

Very clean. Lovely setting on the river. Some of the facilities are being updated. play areas could be improved. Very close to settlement village and restaurants.
