Spent two nights in Swan Hill for work and visited High Tyme three times. The dishes are well portioned, fresh and made with love. The lady who is served is way too friendly (in a good way: who makes you welcome from the moment you enter the building. Absolute highlight was the slowly boiled lamb with tortilla. Pretty embarrassing that I couldn't be here for a consecutive lunch. Must visit! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Highthymecafe By Brett Wright:
The food looks generally excellent, but our experience with medium-rare and medium-well scotch fillets ended up woefully undercooked. Sue seems lovely, and the locals seem to love her, and other food being served looked fantastic. A good barista and some feedback to the chef and this would be a must-visit for any out-of-towners. Amazing food with a talented cook. Menu points always change with what fresh products are available at the time of the year. Always enjoy coming here and a very family-oriented café. Love the city of Vibe to the café. Coffee is always on site. Brett and the team always go away to make it a great experience.
Lovely spot for a brunch. The food is great and the portions are quite large. Quite interesting way of serving food and coffee: food comes on large wooden boards, while ice coffee was served de-constructed. The staff were very friendly, great service.
Bit overpriced for portion size, though service is great. Not sure why they used white ordinary bread. $20 for what you see in photo.

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience, I ordered a vegan dish 'Down The Rabbit Hole ' which was $26 for 2 cups of grated vegetables (mostly carrot) lacking dressing, and my partners Smashed Avo toast which she ordered with no feta to make vegan came out with two eggs on top, after being assured it was vegan and the menu not saying anything about egg. Despite a nice atmosphere and friendly service, I won 't return based on the high price and low quality of food.
