Others praised the delicious homemade food, friendly service, and lovely atmosphere. While some felt let down by sloppy service and food quality, others had wonderful experiences with attentive staff and tasty meals. Overall, the establishment seems to have fallen from its former glory for some, while others still find it a delightful place to dine. In the end, whether or not it's worth a visit seems to depend on who you ask.
Amazing eating, was here a few times and never had a bad meal here. I stole my son along the weekend and he said the chicken and white wine cake was delicious and the best he ever had. the most chicken is my favourite dish on the menu, served with the best dauphinoise kartoffels of all time. would be recommending
Yesterday I and my family had our Christmas meal here. eating was great, cheap and the staff was very professional. a beautiful and cozy pub. will definitely return. my future son said it was the best Christmas dinner he had eaten in a pub.
We are here regular dinners are always excellent as the specials. only what I would change is a desert menu .humans love a little of stodge a chocolate cake, a simple cheesecake, no fan of fig or seasoning added to the class. I would give him six stars, no complaining in any case only one suggestion. but always top quality service and generous amounts.we love it
I love this place eating is amazingly fresh with amazing ingredients, the staff is very helpful and friendly will be worth a visit
Went there for my mums 90th birthday yesterday, I can’t fault anything, we were greeted by a lovely young lady, who was very respectful of our 3 rather elderly, and not too fast recycled teenagers, and so helpful, the food and atmosphere were fantastic and I must say well worth the four hours it took to reunite our family, when next in Kent I will definitely revisit. Yours Chris Graham.
