Decided to try the sun burger, oh my.! It was brilliant.! Certainly top 3 for burgers.! The cheese and bacon dirty fries were simply amazing.! As for the sticky toffee pudding.. I'd drive here just for that.! Staff were helpful, polite and awesome, nice atmosphere. Will 100% return, even if its just for the sticky toffee pudding.! View all feedback.
What arif butt doesn't like about The Sun Inn:
We had a celebratory meal for a group of around 10 people. The menus had been decided beforehand, but I found the food to be slow in coming out. The waitress was friendly, but the kitchen seemed to be the bottleneck. The quality of the food was average. The price was fair, and despite my criticisms, I would consider dining here again. A favourite for lunch with our adult grandchildren. A good choice on the menu to suit all tastes at a reasonable price. Friendly service. My prawn and avocado salad was delicious. We ate in the bar but there is also a restaurant area and a large beergarden with plenty of seating.
We had a fantastic meal on the 14th June. It was a celebration for myself and my husband my eldest daughter and her husband as our anniversaries are in the same week. We would highly recommend the sun, we shall definitely go again
Very helpful and lovely attentive staff. Food was really nice. Will visit again.
I can't think of any rating less than five star. Wonderful hospitality and food is too good.
