The pubs decor is nice very old worldy and drinks aren't bad either the pub having a fair selection to please most people's tastes, but that's where it ends really for positives the bar staff seemed distracted chatting with the locals who at times got a bit loud and use some unfavourable language with children present and the Sunday lunch was nothing like what I had expected from reading other reviews before going, I... This little pub is a gem. Just like a pub should be. The food is excellent, Can not fault anything.

One of the best Sunday lunches around. Good selection of food and lovely puddings. Don't expect posh just good honest food, extremely well priced. You will be offered a medium or large (main and pudding) but if you do want a pudding, I promise you won't need a large main course!
