Raja Spice - Swale

My friends and I ordered from this restaurant on Saturday night and we were extremely disappointed with both the service and the food. Every dish we received was poor quality, cold, and overcooked. The chicken was mushy, the chips were extremely hard, and the garlic naan lacked flavor. When I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, the manager offered no apology and was defensive. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

Ordered takeaway on just eat app. The food was 1 hr 50 mins late. It was Cold and the portions were small. I asked for some money off and was told No. I contacted just eat who said they would give a full refund when the resturant completed the order, which they still havnt completed it as they know the food and service was below par! Avoid at all costs!

Best Indian in Sittingbourne. We have used Raja Spice since it opened over ten years ago. When we moved house to another part of Sittingbourne we tried other Indian takeaways from a variety of local outlets but none were a patch on Raja Spice. So we went back to Raja Spice. Lovely flavoursome food with much less oil than others we tried. Very friendly staff too who know us by name. I would go anywhere else for Indian food.

Have used raja spice for the last 3 years allways been great food and service but the last two times my orders been wrong and not the same standard. Also waited nearly two hours for delivery when told 40 mins. Hope they up there game to previous standards

Ordered our curry and told 1 hour wait, 1 hour 50 mins later it turned up, when we rang to ask they said it was just coming. Order was wrong, nan bread instead of rice, so rang back said they would send it, 10 min journey took 40 mins, did our own rice in the end. Then the curry was not very nice at all. 1st time we used it, it was good this is the 2nd time an absolute disgusting service, won't be a 3rd time.
