Over an hour after the estimated delivery time, I contacted the restaurant for an upd... read more I placed a large order with this Chinese takeout for a family celebration. Over an hour after the estimated delivery time, I contacted the restaurant for an update. I was then informed that the food had been delivered to the wrong address. The manager I spoke with on the phone said the driver had delivered to the wrong address and did not follow the delivery instructions which stated "please call when you are outside." The manager then informed me that due to the driver's error, he would replace the food and send the driver out immediately with a fresh order, which would take 20 minutes. Shortly after this phone call, I was told to cancel the order as they had already given the food out and would not be cooking it again despite the error being on their part. Moments later, I received a text saying the order was cancelled. This was over 2 hours since I originally placed my order. The manager was rude and dismissive over the phone, displaying poor customer service skills. He did not offer an apology or make any effort to correct the mistake. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

The service is excellent and the atmosphere is just right for a memorable dining experience. Be sure to try the Sauce and the Variety Meat Platter - both are highly recommended.

We also had to wait for ref... read more We hadn't visited this restaurant since before the COVID-19 pandemic, and noticed that they have reduced some of their menu choices. We also had to wait for refills when certain items ran out. The food was rated 4 out of 5, the service was rated 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also rated 5 out of 5.
