It is so relaxed love doing my shopping there nothing Is to much trouble for the staff to help you

Your lovely lady in the bakery today was very helpful when I was asking about palm oil in bakery products (I thought I needed to boycott it to do my bit in helping to save the planet). What would be even more helpful is for you to toot your horn about using 97% sustainable palm oil in own brand products- I didn't know! (Now I've looked at the issues properly, I know that boycotting is not the answer).You can tell the fab bakery staff that I'll be back for those double chocolate cookies and have no guilty conscience!!

I love SAINSBURY'S always helpful and cheerful l love browsing around the clothes department it's really nice take your time enjoy your coffee then do your shopping brilliant.

I visited Sainsbury's today at around 10.30 with my baby girl who is 6 months old, she usually wakes up whenever we go shopping. So I looked for a baby trolley which there was none, but this wasn't a problem. So I put her in one of the seat trolleys but she was that tired that she was still sleeping. Therefore I carried her around the store in my arms whilst she was fast asleep. Even managing to steer the trolley. Once I had finished shopping, I was looking at which checkout to go too, a lovely woman came over to me called Racheal who I think was the supervisor said it take you straight to self service and pushed my trolley there, where I was met by another lovely lady called Melanie who scanned all of my shopping for me and packed it and then finally put it in the trolley for me. I want to say this was truly amazing customer service. Thankyou for all of your help.
