Personal beautiful and helpful. I said half an hour wait for dinner, but don't think it was so long. eat piping hot and delicious. but not the best chips. very simple. the three times cooked or fries to make them tastier. my man would have preferred more chips, but mine was good for me. very nice boiled steak and good cut. cooked medium, rare as desired. no chewing bits that are rare for a pub meal. good selection of fruity apple wines, which always have a problem in the pub. first visit, but will definitely be meal for half a week. many religious local boys in the bar, but fortunately quite far from where we ate.

I had a steak meal asked for it to be blue to rare it was perfect! My wife had potato leek and cheese pie. All food was perfect well presented can't fault it. Great staff as well. Going back v soon now. Well done to all staff on duty today!!

Thanks for accommodating my group last night it worked out fine and people enjoyed it. Couldn't believe how ridiculously busy it got. Must have been a wake or something for a Derby fan. It was packed. Well done to the serving staff who worked liked trojans behind the bar. Efficient and good humoured. Deserve a rest after that.

Great meals this evening, with a tasty lamb curry a delicious gammon, very enjoyable. Staff very good too, service highly recommended tables clean tidy prices very reasonable. 1st class!

Plenty of clean tables, informed of dinner rush and delay, but food came out within 20 minutes. Burger and chips came in a dog bowl (metal tin) much prefer a plate
