Contribute FeedbackDuring our time in Suwon, my family and I dined at Retro 33 on two separate occasions. The first visit, we enjoyed the spaghetti dishes, and the second time we tried the falafel and vegetable wraps. The food was absolutely delicious both times! What stood out the most was the fantastic service. The owner, who is vegan, spoke excellent English and made sure our orders were taken promptly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting. I highly recommend Retro 33 to all vegans looking for delicious food in Suwon.
If you are able to make the trip from Seoul or live nearby, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. It has two spaces to accommodate guests, with the main space featuring three tables and some bar stools. The second space is located across the street, although it wasn't busy during my lunchtime visit so I didn't have a chance to check it out. I can imagine that dinner time would be much busier. Regardless, it's recommended to make a reservation before going. The food here is creative and beautifully presented, with perfect portion sizes that are not overwhelming.
I absolutely adored their hummus and falafel! The falafel was incredibly crispy and flavorful. The salad was also fantastic, especially the dressing. Everything was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also exceptional. It was definitely worth it!
This restaurant is placed in suburb area but there are plenty of reasons for you to come all the way here. Foods are great, the atmosphere is also good. If you’re lucky you might find adorable cats and dog whom are cared by the owner of this plc. Updated from previous review on 2022-03-30
The food was delicious, the americano was smooth, and the portions were perfect. There was minimal parking and we were lucky to find street parking at open. They only have 3 indoor tables and 1 bar, so make a reservation if you need a table. Highly recommended to eat here!
