I've been a huge fan of Wilkes for years. I heard that this location is no longer owned by Wilkes but I had not had any problems...until today.Limited products and poor quality. I wanted a London broil but they were out...okay. I can adjust.The butcher was cutting some similar cuts so I bought the best he had. Grilled it and it was terrible.Very fatty and just poor quality. Is it safe to eat slimy center-cut pork chops? It's best to avoid them.
It's no longer owned by Wilkes, but I thought I'd give their meat a try.

Awesome butcher shop with a great selection. The bourbon burgers are out of this world and the hotdogs are literally the best I've ever had. Lots of produce, spices and condiments to choose from as well. Also, the owner and super nice and helpful. Definitely my new favorite!!
