What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
The service at the restaurant is excellent; however, they often don't answer phone calls to prioritize in-person diners. The only issue I've encountered is that when I drive over there, I find them too busy to answer the phone. It's puzzling why the place is always empty when I arrive. They seem preoccupied with their phones and, unfortunately, they miss out on customers because they don’t accept phone orders. View all feedback.
That Waffle House is a very nice place on Lawrenceville Swannee Rd. The people were helpful and wonderful. As usual the food was excellent.
I was told waffle house has really good cheese burgers. I had to try one. I can't say it's bad infact was was pretty dang good. Also the staff here was great when I attended.
Friendly service, didn't have to wait long for our food.
