Taco Bell - Suwanee

This is one of the better Taco Bell locations. The quality of the food remains dependable from the afternoon through to late night. While it's Taco Bell, and the food is fast food quality, it's the service that truly sets this place apart.

The focus is primarily on the drive-thru, and the food quality is consistent with other Taco Bells. However, the service has been excellent every time I've visited.

Although they were out of the icy drink I wanted, the service was wonderful and the wait time was minimal.

This location is decent. They tend to be a little light on the meat and often forget to give you sauce, even if you ask for it, but the food does taste good. They give you sauce if you ask at the pick up window. Don't even bother asking when you order.

I experienced the slowest service I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order through the mobile app, but it wasn't ready until over 45 minutes later. The dining area is always closed, which means I can't pick up my food right away. Instead, I'm forced to wait in a long drive-thru line to collect my order, adding another 20 minutes to my wait, when I could have easily grabbed it inside in just a few seconds.
