Subway - Suwanee

I have been going to this Subway location for many years and have never had any issues. The service is quick, friendly, and accurate, whether you order in person or through the app for pick-up. Plus, the food always tastes fresh and delicious. Thank you!

I received excellent service and enjoyed a delicious sandwich right before the restaurant closed. Aiden was very friendly and professional. Thank you!

The bread was overcooked only 10 seconds after the timer went off. The restaurant wasn't even busy, with only 2 customers. The sandwich wasn't properly cut, making it difficult to eat cleanly.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced! the subway workers have treated me like dirt! They treat me as if I didn't speak clear enough (and yet if my friend who is right next to me, tells the worker what he wants, oh he can hear him perfectly! also my coupons have been rejected just because their employees have made a lame excuse oh, sorry card, only one person can use! To be honest, I think this is a discrimination! I will never eat again in this subway! and I strongly advise others to avoid this place! To be honest, I wish that this subway will be switched off and replaced by either a firehouse subs or jimmy johns! both of these places are superior to the quality of their food and the entire customer service!

This is a great Subway ,awesome service !! store is clean and serving Fresh food. I would love to Come often.
