Golden Seven Suwanee

I will never return to this restaurant again. The service I received from the staff was so poor that it alone was enough for me to make this decision. To make matters worse, the chicken we ordered was spoiled. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in a business setting. I brought my stepdaughter and my son with me to eat, and we ordered orange chicken, which unfortunately tasted spoiled. I politely approached one of the women working there, asking if I could exchange the dish for something else on the menu. I wanted to address the issue respectfully, without causing a scene or disrupting other customers. However, her reaction was unexpectedly angry, and from that point on, she and the man working there both exhibited a rude attitude. The man came to retrieve my plate with a dismissive air, ignoring my daughter's request for a drink refill. Before I raised my complaint, they had been friendly, responding to our pleasantries with smiles and gratitude. Suddenly, every thank you I offered was met with them slamming our food down on the table and ignoring us. Even after twenty minutes with empty drinks, they didn’t bother to refill them. My 13-year-old stepdaughter's polite thanks were disregarded, just as her request for a drink refill had been. Ironically, they had previously been warm and accommodating, even joking with my 15-month-old when I asked for a high chair. When it was time to leave, I held back my frustrations regarding their treatment. However, later I realized my phone had been dropped, so I called the restaurant from my stepdaughter's phone to let them know I’d be coming back for it. The man abruptly said he knew nothing about any phone and then hung up on me. Upon returning to retrieve my phone, the man quickly went to the back of the restaurant as soon as he saw me. The woman was sweeping, and when I inquired about my phone, she claimed she knew nothing and advised me to wait for him to come back. I asked her if she could check with him since I had my sleepy 15-month-old in the car and needed to leave soon. Instead of helping, she reiterated that I needed to ask him directly. When the man eventually returned on the phone, I couldn’t speak with him, and the woman claimed she had given my phone to him, even though she had previously said she had no information about it. I noticed my phone sitting on a shelf in the back and pointed it out. She retrieved it and tossed it onto the counter without the decency of handing it to me directly. I ultimately expressed to them that they really needed to improve their customer service and made it clear that I would never be eating there again.

I ordered the Pad Thai, but it was entirely lacking in flavor and had an unappealing reddish-orange hue. I ended up eating it anyway because I was really hungry.

The food was completely flavorless, and the staff member was quite rude to us, even though we were the only customers there. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Went to grab a quick lunch. They have a separate lunch menu with most food coming with a soup and a spring roll. I got the basil stir fry with tofu. It was great, no complaints. Service was quick. Everything on the menu is moderately spiced. Will definitely return and recommend to others! Vegetarian options: Most options on the menu have tofu or veggies as the protein . Definitely recommend for vegetarians.

Stopped in for something quick and the chicken lettuce wraps delivered. Sautéed ground chicken and veggies with a crisp, cold wedge of iceberg lettuce — simple but tasty. Will definitely order it again. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly with high chairs for the baby
