Tasty foods and reasonably priced all you can drink (two hours is 2k yen) but the non-beer drinks are a bit limited and the servers are a bit hit and miss thus the 4 stars. Still, highly recommended place to go to enjoy the fireworks!

They have English menu so it was all great.
