Shady Lane Cellars - Suttons Bay

Our group of six had an incredible experience! I truly enjoyed my time here. Mary Jo and Barb were fantastic, along with the rest of the staff. We will definitely be coming back on our own!

The outdoor seating is lovely, making it a perfect spot for a cool evening by the fireplace. We ordered a flight paired with a charcuterie board, which was delicious. The service was friendly as well. We definitely plan to return for a couple of bottles (unfortunately, we couldn’t fit them in our bike bags!).

I'm up here in the Traverse City area doing the wine tour thing. We stop here at Shady Lanes Cellars and this place is very nice! I'm a Reisiling guy and they have a really good selection. The late harvest Reisiling was superb indeed. We tried a few other wines and they all were really good. Highly recommended!!!

What a fantastic atmosphere! We arrived right at opening time, which was great because there were no lines and we had the freedom to choose our seats. It didn’t take long for the place to get busy after we got there. The wine we tasted was delicious, although we didn’t sample much since it was our first stop on a wine tour. I would definitely come back to explore more of their offerings!

Put Shady Lane Cellars on your winery visit list, they are a hidden gem and very much one of our favorites. They also make great wine!
