The dining area is elegant, the chocolate brownie dessert was delightful, and the atmosphere is very friendly.

Peppers has a strong national reputation, but unfortunately, the experience at their flagship Katers restaurant in the southern highlands of NSW was disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed that the box hedges in the courtyard were half dead, setting a negative tone. The dining room also appeared neglected, with a shabby lampshade catching my eye. The servers were friendly and professional, but the food was inconsistent. My expensive pork main course was overcooked and lacked tenderness. Overall, the experience did not live up to expectations and did not provide good value for the money. It is not worth a visit.
