On 9/38:23 I stopped in around 10:30 am, there were 2 customers ahead of me.I waited for him to order on the new self order machine they had, he struggled for a... read more On 9/38:23 I stopped in around 10:30 am, there were 2 customers ahead of me.I waited for him to order on the new self order machine they had, he struggled for almost 10 min before he was able to complete his order during that time another customer gave up and left now as I tried to use the machine I couldn’t find things I was looking for and asked a passing employee if they could just take my order and she replied “I can’t right now” and walked away.I waited another 5 minutes then just left as did another customer behind me.I saw 3 employees who all seemed to busy but that doesn’t mean they ignore 6customers for over 10 minutes. Customer service was a 0 on my visit

As a truck driver, I frequently visit this place, but each time I ask for an espresso drink, the staff refuses to make it, claiming they are too lazy to clean the machines. I even arrived two hours before closing, and they turned me down again. I believe this goes against their policy. I will be contacting the district manager because this is a significant problem.
