Was told that “We have 45 tables come down any time for lunch”. Turned up at 1.30pm ordered drinks then told at 2pm we can’t order for another hour as they are too busy!!!!! Why not mention that at the beginning???? Why have 45 tables if you cannot cater for them all????? There were 7 of us wanting lunch. Instead we went elsewhere. When I complained to the manager/landlord he just spoke over me so I raised my voice then one of their customers felt it was his business to tell me to shut up. This just escalated the situation. 1st and last time we will be visiting the Brook.

The staff, venue, and meal exceeded our expectations. We were all well taken care of and everything was highly organized. We all enjoyed the Christmas menu, and our food was excellent - beautifully presented, hot, and delicious. Merry Christmas to the Team!
