They give you as extras small praw... read more One of the best fish meals we’ve ever had. Beautifully fried fish (we had haddock and cod) and the chips too both non greasy. They give you as extras small prawns, pickled cucumbers and onions and hot French bread and butter all FOC. The Lady who served our table was so nice, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back and wholeheartedly recommend.

He rea... read more Kindly, as I wasn 't feeling well, my husband ordered a deliver from Superfish Cheam to be delivered to me. He is on duty and thus did this on his break. He realised he made a mistake for collection rather than delivery. It 's a half hour walk from my house so being a bit under the weather, to collect wouldn 't really work and would be cold when I get there. So, he asked if I could call and change it to a delivery. I said I 'd ask but they don 't have their own delivery drivers. First time I called, I spoke to a guy who wasn 't listening to me properly or had problems understanding me. He kept saying we don 't do Deliveroo . I said not Deliveroo, DELIVERY. He told me we had to cancel it with Justeat and then re-order. However, this was not possible as it wasn 't from my account. So, I called again and spoke to a different guy. I asked what time I would need to come and collect it because being a half hour walk, I needed to time it correctly. He said it will be collected from here and delivered to us. I said are you sure? He said yes. I told him be An hour later, I call again, a lady answers and hands me over to the manager (this was the first guy I spoke to). He told me no one collected it. I tried to explain this is why I didn 't come to collect it, because I was told not to as it would be delivered. He SCREAMED and I mean, SCREAMED at me, said he 's got lots of things to do, if I wasn 't bothering to come, he 's got other things to do. I had to shout to try to be heard that I am not saying I WON 'T bother, I said I DIDN 'T for this reason, he just SCREAMED at me and hung up on me. I called back. I told him he put the phone down on me. He said of course, I don 't have to listen to you, I have better things to do than deal with you . I said I would never order from his shop again and that his customer service skills were terrible. He continued to scream and said I don 't care, GOOD, I don 't want you to order from me again . I told him I have ordered so many times for Cheam House (a community living house) and that because of me, they 've ordered for the whole house every week. He said well good riddance, I don 't want to have customers ordering that are too simple to place an order (FYI this is a house for men with additional needs) I said I would let everyone know of this disgusting service and behaviour on Google, Nextdoor, Facebook. He continued to scream I don 't care who you tell, tell the whole world, you mean nothing to me and hung up on me again. I feel like if it were my husband there in person, there 's no way he would speak to a large, strong looking bloke like this but because I 'm on the phone and a female, he feels he can. This man is a bully, prejudice, has no listening or customer service skills and in my mind, abusive.

Each time I bit into it grease just ran down my chin. I threw it away in the end. This shop used to be the best chip shop for miles around now it’s just a disaster. Just read all the disappointed reviews. Never again.

The batter was terrible, the fish was thin and flavorless, and it appeared grey. The chips were mostly small pieces. The fryer was rude to the staff and the server was slow. I used to come here for 3 years since my Nan moved here, but I won't be returning again.
