simply the best. chips are the best in the borough (they have won a price for best chips a few years ago) the fish is always so fresh, light and crispy and always freshly cooked so that it never sits long in the heating. family fun buisness and always friendly and welcoming. they will not be disappointed. have some people recommended here and now they're not going anywhere else! Wonderful atmosphere in the bar the two guys running the place struggling for staff rooms not cleaned the three nights we were there. Breakfast nothing like we had in August the last time we stayed. Great guided family businesses, here are really good for the last 9/10 years. everything freshly made as they order fantastic. always disappointed when others go
Great fish and chips here hard to find anywhere with large boiled chips and a nice broken fish without fat drops everywhere a beautiful family business.
This restaurant is extremely dirty and unhygienic. I couldn't leave fast enough. The staff is somewhat helpful, but the place needs a lot of attention. The managers use it as a place to crash and it doesn't seem like they have any cleaners. Overall, it's a very disappointing experience.
The staff was amazing, very friendly! The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, with super comfortable beds. This will definitely be our first choice for future visits.
