We ordered take out from here on a Saturday night, peak time and received amazing service, delicious food and an easy collection with parking right outside. The chicken chow mein, sweet sour chicken Hong Kong style and crispy chilli beef was the best I’ve had in the local area, really impressed with the quality, flavours and presentation. What ILTAL doesn't like about Heen's:
It used to be very good restaurant. Visited this week after a year or so. Food quality is average especially for claimed status and prices, too much oil, fresh vegetables were not particularly fresh. Tasted more like an average take away. Waiting staff was rude, made surprised faces every time my son asked for details. The customer service at this restaurant was unacceptable. A staff member verbally and physically assaulted me, which is disgraceful considering I have been a patron for 11 years.
First class, old fashioned in a good way, Chinese. Top quality food and very friendly helpful service in nice surroundings.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area! My family and I absolutely loved it here. The staff was fantastic and the food was amazing!
We often go to Heen's probably three or four times a year and its really delicious food. I would recommend the vegan duck and tofu dishes as well. Its really nice atmosphere with friendly staff make it a joy to visit in Sutton.
I have been going to Heens for many years, but I have noticed a significant decline in the food quality recently. The dishes were greasy and lacking in flavor. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be dining at this restaurant again.
