the owner is very rude,unfriendly, too fast does not give them time to look at the menu, it looks to irritate him. foods are good proportions in size, but bland, with today's standards. it must be very difficult for his accountant to do his accounts,all is written on tiny dockets, most. orte have no computer until that printed their bill. I will not appreciate my money here many other places custom. View all feedback.

Honestly, some people need to find something better to do than worry about what his accountant is handling. The food at this restaurant is incredible. I have been coming here for over 20 years - great food and service. Despite not being related to the owners, it feels like a welcoming family business with delicious food.

I have been going to this Chinese takeaway for 25 years, and I have not found any others who are even close, no matter what part of the united kingdom I go, let alone in only the region sutton. the hell with garlic. early onshore is an amazing dish that I found nowhere else and it is so delicious! the grilled dumplings and the nebula are also something everyone should try. the staff is always friendly and the service is great. big thumbs from me!
I feel compelled to leave a review after ready some of the other reviews on here. I have to speak up and commend this family owned business. I and my family have been a customer of Friendly Chinese since I was young. The food has...always been of a high standard and I can say that after being a customer of over 15 years. The times when I haven’t been in the area and have had to use other Chinese takeaways on my way home from work I’ve been let down. For the most part people do business with people they like and it’s harder to find small businesses these days that genuinely feel like they are part of your community and local neighbour hood. This establishment would be missed if it wasn’t in Sutton and we’re lucky to have them.
