We stopped here for a dessert after pizza elsewhere. The restaurant itself was clean but the toilets are shabby and the flush was broken and soap almost finished. Food was mixed my cheesecake and coffee was nice but my son said the chocolate ice cream was tasteless. Nothing for anyone lactose intolerant (not even coffee). The ice cream I brought this evening was melted in the ice cream cooler. The lady could barely scoop it up it was pure liquid. I had two mouthfuls and felt sick. The machine is clearly broken and not keeping the ice cream at a safe tempreture. Absolutly disgusting!
This restaurant is awful. The staff are rude and the desserts are way too expensive and not good quality. Creams in Sutton is much better in comparison.
This restaurant is absolutely gross and should be shut down. I ordered food from here through Deliveroo for my child and discovered that someone had spat in their meal! Stay away from this place at all costs!
Terrible service. The staff truly seemed indifferent to our needs! We waited over 40 minutes.
The restaurant was dirty. The menus were sticky and covered in ice cream. The floors were filthy, and the walls were also unclean. Our table had not been wiped down. When I asked about the state of the restaurant, the response was that they were busy, even though there were only four customers.
