Just had an incredible meal here. It was our first time at the new location...and we will definitely return. The menu is what you might expect from a Pub, but the food was beyond our expectations. I had the veggie burger...and it was so delicious that I requested the recipe. It is made in-house, so the chef/owner came from the kitchen and was eager to share her secret. Although the atmosphere and service was delightful, I have to say that was the most tasteless grilled cheese I have ever had, and my husband said the burger he had tasted like there was no spice at all. Where was all the flavor? View all feedback.
The California Turkey sandwich was amazing and large enough to be perfect for sharing. My friend ordered the half order of fried zucchini with chicken strips. The zucchini was a very generous serving and so delicious we both decided it was the best food of our trip! I would return just for the zucchini!
I am so thankful for Cavana's. A week before my wedding other reservations has been dropped for a 16 person brunch. I called Cavana's and was pleasantly surprised at how nice they were and extremely accommodating! We didn't even know it was right on the Main Street in Sutter Creek and the decor was perfect for relaxing and being with those you love. They were ready for our reservation, very attentive to us and the owner visited our table. We know it's not easy owning a small business and she did it with such poise. They got all our food out within a few minutes of each other and the portions are so plentiful! You can split the sandwich and still be full. Great hometown spot ! Highly recommend !
I have to admit that, like so many restaurants, Cavana's had a bit of a rough start during it's first month or so. In my opinion, they have done a fabulous job quickly working out all the kinks (which were mostly due to staffing issues). We have had nothing but wonderful experiences over the past few months. Staff is friendly and efficient and the food is nothing less than AMAZING! You pay a little more, but it is definitely justified in the quality and portion size. Oh.... and the drinks are right up there! Love, Love, Love this place! Our new go-to!!
Oh my stars! The sandwiches are to die for and are huge! Ladies you can easily share a sandwich! Delicious! I should have taken a picture!
Awesome food great bartenders it's a great place to enjoy yourself and take your friends!
