Si Casa Flores - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Si Casa Flores:
I went to Si Casa in Sutherlin for five years. It took an hour to get a drink, the food was terrible, and when I was asked what was wrong with him, it was told me that it was the same cook that was there forever.
