First time at this Dutch! Friendly service as always. We tried a cold brew and our normal Annihilator, should have had the cold brew with a bit more coffee or an extra shot. Not a huge fan of cold brew but it was good for a first try. The line seemed long, but it actually moved quickly, there is only one drive thru and you can park if you choose not to wait in line. One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. Rude attitude, he basically threw my drink to me....for the most part this new crew is good...with that 1 exception. It's a small town...respect that. View all feedback.
Always delicious and super friendly. My ONLY complaint is this location (Sutherlin Oregon) charges a significant fee for ice water. This has never been an issue at any other location.
Great time to stop in for a blended drink. With the heat rising, I stopped by for a blended Golden Eagle. Yummy! The staff is super friendly, and they have tables outside for those, like myself, who need a break from the road. Thanks, guys!
The coffee was trash and way too expensive. Corner stores have way better coffee.
Highly recommend Dutch Bros if you enjoy any kind of non-alcoholic beverages. The crew at the Sutherlin location is the absolute best. They have a high upbeat attitudes that lifts your spirits. Their coffee and soda drinks are just as good, if not better, than the other guy's down the street for less money. Their drinks are awesome, their customer service is outstanding, and their prices are unmatched. I now go almost everyday. FYI: Ask for a Rebel surprise. You won't be disappointed.
On a road trip and stopped for some drinks. Really nice to see the standard of professionalism and customer service is just as excellent as my home station DBC!! Outstanding Job and I look forward to visiting on my next trip through.
