Then I start to notice t... read more Goodbye Savemart Hello Raleys Don’t shop at Savemart anytime soon. I had a full cart and as I’m checking out I enter my rewards number. Then I start to notice that no savings are showing on the checkout screen. I ask the lady if it took the number and she says “our whole system is down”. So all the savings and deals which usually add up to 20%-45% because of “member” pricing is zero. And she wasn’t going to tell me- I only found out because I noticed. I left it all there and walked out. I specifically shop the member deals and it adds up to quite a bit of money when I have $500+ in my cart. Your checker stood there watching me put in my phone number and never said a word. So the prices that I should have been getting weren’t correct. When I asked her about that she said I had to call the number- corporate I suppose- seriously??? I shopped here for many years but not ever again! Savemart you have lost my business FOREVER.
