The food was surprisingly good. The places doesn’t look like much and has a fly problem inside and out, but the food was very affordable and really good. I would go back again. View all feedback.
What Ladybug Robinson doesn't like about Chesapeake Country Kitchen:
Well, at first glance I was excited to find what I thought would be a nice mom/pop home style dinner after a long day in the OSOW rig. WRONG. Diner hours say till 9pm came in a little after 8, girl said the cook left closed at 8 because he’d been there since 4. OK, I get it truckers work long days every day too. I guess cooks get to go home early though before their job is done truckers don’t deserve hot meals. No TP... View all feedback.
First off the place is dirty. It is inside a Truckstop Hardees not a quant stop. Waited an hour for food with no one in the place. Pancakes were cold husbands eggs hard as a rock. Do not use ladies room without a hazmat suit. Seriously gross!

We had doubts when we pulled into the parking lot, attached to a Hardee's at a truckstop. We were very pleased with our meal. The soup of the day was a delicious stuffed pepper soup and the waitress was very friendly. I would definately recommend this spot for a meal.
The garden salad was nice and fresh, a lot for the money! The cream chipped beef was delicious. However, the hash brown 'potatoes ' was just ok!
Love their food. Great service, and they give you plenty to eat.
