Diamond Mountain Casino - Susanville

I was in town for work at the hospital and found this restaurant to be conveniently located and with friendly and helpful staff.

I really enjoy Senior day at this restaurant, they offer discounts and the Prime Rib Sandwich is delicious. I had an awesome experience!

We went here for the main rib on the basis of another review. (admittedly it was old) a main rib came properly boiled medium, the other, which should also be medium, was dry and had the texture of ruck...obvily reheated and overcooked. my man tried to eat and when I saw how hard it was, I exchanged with him and thought I could make it. not. I asked if it should be replaced. the waitress told us the manager refused when we tried to eat it. I asked to speak to the manager, and after another 10 minutes fight and they, who take the old to the cook, it was replaced. but of course everything was cold until then. I was shocked that they would be so difficult to deal with an order that was clearly unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this place. they stand a 50% chance to jerk bark instead of a 23$ 10oz prime rib.

[on a Saturday night we had never seen med before. rare prime rib quite browned on both sides. veggies would have been fresher from a dose. beans were a sick yellow-green. the potato was boiled. the chef should have been ashamed, and mgr. should send the chef back to the almost food restaurant from which he came.

Love this hotel. room service is great and the rooms are clean. the casino is okay. the machines would pay more. eating is good bartenders are friendly and welcome them with a smile.
