The cafe had a small entry, but had more room at the backyard. #matcha latte# &#coffee# were in good quality and tasted good. Menu item changes accordingly. But the signature "breakfast with the Sakumas# will never change. It consisted miso grilled salmon, smoked eel croquette, 63degree egg, mayo and furikake. Soft, tender and fatty salmon melted in your month, it was cooked perfectly. The croquette was just ok. Even though the egg was deliciously soft, slippery; I just didn't feel like these elements "sing" to each other. Not very impressed, but still worth a try. #yakuza burger#-grilled chicken burger with mozzarella katsu, secret sauce, lettuce pickles and seasoned chips. The mozzarella cheese patty looked very attempting however, didn't really add any extra points to the burger. Maybe just too much cheese for me, but the chicken meat was juicy and tender. It was a delicious burger to have overall.

The secret to their success despite having so many newcomers on the scene in recent years is their frequently changing menu, as well as some classic dishes that are the perfect mix of high quality ingredients cooked and plated in a creative and appealing fashion.
