Chicken Institute - Surry Hills

Stumbled upon this gem with some friends one night just craving some chicken and we weren't disappointed! Ended up trying some delicious Korean nibbles as well as the mouth watering chicken, and the drinks were gorgeous too!! Highly recommended!!

Great casual dining experience. The food was unique and yummy. We came with vegetarian friends and they were surprised at how many options they had. Suitable for sharing because there are too many exciting items on the menu!

An awesome little restaurant in Surry Hills. Good tapas style chicken and sides to share. Small but reasonable wine list. I’m not local and I’ve been twice in two week and it won’t be the last.

I don't know what the rave about this restaurant. The peanut butter sauce was so sweet and salty and made the fried chicken soggy big disappointment. The bibimbap came with lots of fresh raw vegetables but it was so overdressed with some very sweet and salty sauce that tasted nothing like gohjujang. It's more like a sweet rice salad than a bibimbap. The cold noodle was very average too. The staff was friendly but it was very disappointed overall because of the food. Won't be back again.

I really enjoyed it here! BYOB your favourite bottle of red and order a bucket of Korea fried chicken and the kimchi nachos!!! Amazing
