My first time to be here and tried the Red Thai Sumo box. I would rate it 10/5. The dish cost around $20+ (on the bit expensive side). The cook is short, fat Indian lady. The dish is complicated as it has lot's of ingredients, mostly vegetables with coconut curry sauce. Definitely one of the best dishes I tried recently (if you like rice). The curry flavor reminds me of Laksa King noodles in Hastings, Vancouver. Defi... View all feedback.
What Marigold C doesn't like about Wok Box:
Ordered a rice bowl, waited a very long time for all raw veggies with old and dry rice. Chicken was okay but there were only a few tiny pieces. Not worth your money and time to eat here. View all feedback.
I tried the Wok Box recently for a quick take away dinner and was pleasantly surprised! I had a spicy Chow Mein type dish with prawns. Overall for the price, the food was tasty and hot and there was plenty of food.I'll be back next time I want a quick meal.
This small restaurant is a hidden gem! The variety is excellent, nutritious, and the food always freshly prepared while you wait. They have a great variety, depending on your tastes, and the portions are very good! Staff is friendly and accommodating . We highly recommend this restaurant. Good bang for your buck!
Singapore cashew chicken with udon noodles, fantastic. best quality of food I have had in a while. I ordered a small size to go and though the small container holds a lot, next time I get the large. it was so good.
Feeling hungry and a fair time before the next meal was due, we called in for a snack. Good value, fast service and certainly filled that gap. Would definitely visit a Wok Box again when in Canada.
Soggy box of overpriced noodles isn't what I ordered but it's what I received.
